Bill Rate : (RN)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Shift / Workdays : 8 hour mixed shifts (6am to 14 : 30 / 14 : 00 to 22 : 30) where needed

Weekend - Discuss during interview

Call Requirements : ON- Call : 10day / month (includes 1 full weekend)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hrs.

Special Skills / Experience required : 2 Years

Requested Skill Set :

Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

BLS / ACLS

CATH TECHs must be RCIS / ARRT

RN'S and CVT must have 5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath / PCI / STEMI

Preferred Skills / Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first)

Cath RN : 5 yr. Cath Lab experience

Cath CVT / RCIS : must be RCIS with 5 yrs. experience

5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath / PCI / STEMI

Pediatric (congenital heart)

Specialty / Unit Certifications Required : (RN / Tech)

Active TX RN License-Temp License are no longer accepted

CATH TECHs must be RCIS / ARRT

Procedures performed on unit :

Diagnostic Cath / PCI / Structural heart / TAVR / TMVR

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color

o Cath Lab RN / Tech : Scrubs Provided by department

Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy

Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed

Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not fessible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually

Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
