Patient Ratios : 5 : 1; 6 : 1
Unit staffing description - Unit Clerk and PCA's on every shift
Type of equipment : IV pump, Wound Vac, Drains, Kangaroo pump, CPM machine, NGT suction
Documentation system : Meditech
Scheduling requirements : 3 days / week, Every other weekend
Floating policy : As needed
Hospital Specifics :
Certifications : BLS, RN

Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
Must Have BLS
MUST HAVE ACLS
2 Years of Hospital Experience
Preferred Skills / Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
Meditech Experience preferred
Med-Surg experience
Ortho experience
Specialty / Unit Certifications Required : (RN)
Active TX RN License-Temp License are NOT be accepted
Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color
o RN : Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
