Job Description :
Assumes responsibility for and participates in care of an assigned group of patients. Supervises care given by LPN's, NA's and other RN's when assigned as charge nurse. As staff nurse, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
