Number of Staff - current estimate of 15-20 therapy staff daily between disciplines (PT, OT, SLP :

Day Shift - 1 OT needed; (current staff of 3 OTR's, 3 COTA's)
Patient Ratios - Carry up to 6-hour treatment load; 8 hr shift
Type of equipment - Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, ADL equipment, gym equipment, IADL's
EMR - Meditech Magic

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Current OTR licensure

Patient have a 3 hour therapy requirement in Inpatient Rehab. Clinician is responsible for tracking of time / charges to ensure that they are getting the required time for each patient.
