Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1-2 LNA support
Type of equipment: Client Monitors, Hamilton Bipap and Hiflo, Baxter IV Pumps, Hemospheres
Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
Scheduling requirements: 12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO
Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first
Patient Experience requirements: MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report. Bedside shift report is completed at each change of shift

Strong telemetry skills
Experience titrating vasoactive medication such as levophed, phenylephrine, dopamine, dobutamine

Pre-op prep for cardiovascular surgery
