Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT SAP Senior Manager for our repeat client. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP, particularly within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and extensive experience in SAP implementation projects. The successful candidate will also be involved in hands-on SAP work, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Allocate resources, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
SAP Implementation and Management:
- Oversee full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Evaluate, configure, and optimize SAP modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
Hands-On Technical Expertise:
- Actively contribute to SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years of SAP experience, including hands-on configuration, implementation, and support. Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and mentoring IT teams.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FICO) and integration with other IT systems.
- Project Management: Strong experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Professional, PMP, ITIL, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
