Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to ELISA, immunoassays, and other diagnostic tests.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various tests and experiments.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all laboratory processes and results.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to track and manage test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
