Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and heavy calendar management
- Proofreading and providing document production services
- Entering attorney time and reviewing attorney bills
- Preparing files for hearings
- E-file pleadings and other documents with the state and/or federal courts
- Opening files and processing conflict checks
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of legal assistant experience in a large law firm or corporate setting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
