Becket Maine Residential operates children’s residential treatment programs situated in central Maine. Our goal is to provide a highly structured environment for children to learn and develop healthy strategies for controlling their emotions, behaviors, and overall functioning. Each program provides a safe and stable living environment with a focus on individual treatment tailored to meet the needs of each child.

We are currently accepting applications for the following position:

Position: Residential Awake Overnight (Full Time, 4 Days a Week!)

Program: Boys Group Home

Location: Belgrade, Maine

Pay: Up to $23/Hr Depending on Experience!

Schedule:

Sunday 11pm-8am

Monday 11pm-8am

Tuesday 11pm-8am

Wednesday 11pm-8am

Plus a Weekly Staff Meeting!

Job Description:

The Residential Awake Overnight position provides supervision and support to adolescent boys in a residential treatment setting. Our program has a very high staff to student ratio, which provides a stable therapeutic environment for both our youth and our employees. Your primary role is assisting children with mental health and emotional challenges in a residential setting.

This position offers a very competitive hourly wage and requires no previous experience, though additional consideration is given to those with previous experience. Full Time positions include a generous benefits package including health insurance, dental, paid sick time, retirement (403B), and paid time-off. Paid training is also included, which covers TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention), First Aid, CPR, and CRMA training (Certified Residential Medication Aide). Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Criminal and child protective background check

What is Residential Treatment?

The Becket House at Belgrade is a specialized Residential Treatment Center for Boys that allows them to engage in intensive therapy in order to confront the challenges of severe childhood trauma. At the Becket House at Belgrade, individuals have the opportunity to address behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs with the guidance of licensed mental health counselors and Behavioral Health Professionals.
