Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, and molds used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires precision machining skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with CNC and manual machines.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and maintain tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision equipment.
- Inspect and test completed tools and dies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Modify or repair existing dies and tools to improve performance.
- Work closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to optimize tooling solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role.
- Proficiency manual machining, and grinding.
- Proficiency in CNC programming a plus.
- Strong knowledge of metal properties, machining processes, and heat treatment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $27.69 - $34.00 per hour
