Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Quickbooks. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively while providing support to both staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Oversee office management tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. .
  • Manage budgeting processes, ensuring that all expenditures align with company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor office performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management practices.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
