Responsibilities
- Global HR Support: Provide comprehensive day-to-day HR support for the organization, managing HR activities across multiple locations and aligning with global HR policies and processes.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and maintaining consistency in the experience.
- Employee Relations: Investigate employee concerns, resolve issues, and provide recommendations that align with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Leadership Coaching: Mentor and coach leadership teams to improve employee relations, enhance morale, and retain top talent, particularly within hourly employee groups.
- HR Best Practices & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records, track HR metrics, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience. Pull data from multiple sources to build robust reports.
- Employee Engagement: Design, implement, and execute programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience across the organization.
- Project Management: Contribute to HR-related projects and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with HR objectives and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and legal compliance, with experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus but not required.
- Proficiency in HR technology, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Deel, Microsoft Office, UKG).
