Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise, train, and support a team of 20-25 employees.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
- Oversee verification processes for all submitted items to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the printing and quality control of labels for each item.
- Maintain and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
- Oversee the verification of tickets.
- Manage the team responsible for assisting BAS authenticators, including entering results for authentication orders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with authentication and workflow process.
- Ensure all verification and labeling processes meet company standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Track daily and weekly production numbers to ensure business goals are met.
- Provide reports and insights to upper management regarding performance and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in an Operations Management or supervisory role.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and optimize workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem- solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
