Job Summary
The Conversion Technical Specialist plays a key role in ensuring successful and timely onboarding of new dealer conversions. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role supports dealers throughout the entire conversion process, collaborating closely with the Conversion Data Specialist and other internal teams. This position is vital to upholding Becklar Monitoring Centers' standards of excellence, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining high-quality service levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management : Lead and manage multiple dealer conversion projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
Dealer Support : Serve as the primary liaison for dealers during the conversion process, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and providing consistent communication.
Documentation : Complete and submit all required documents, forms, and tickets internally and externally as needed.
Operational Efficiency : Work with dealers to enhance operational processes through automation, improved procedures, streamlined reporting, and external training.
Collaboration : Partner with the Conversion Data Specialist and Technical Services team to resolve issues and implement solutions tailored to dealer needs.
Problem Solving : Identify and address procedural and technical challenges, ensuring optimal signal processing and system functionality.
Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service across all interactions, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and security.
Process Improvement : Proactively identify areas for enhancement and communicate updates or procedural changes as necessary.
Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to Becklar Monitoring team members on Stages functions, data management, and the conversion process.
Communication : Maintain regular updates with the Technical Account Lead, Technical Account Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress throughout the conversion.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain individual KPIs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and telecommunication systems; familiarity with Stages software is a plus.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to collaborate within a team and build positive relationships with dealers and colleagues.
Project Management : Proven ability to create and manage workflows, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
