What you’d be doing: Whether it be routine maintenance or damage being repaired, Beckley’s Service Advisors are our customers’ primary point of contact for their RV servicing needs. You will work closely with our Technicians, Estimators, Parts Associates, and Warranty Department to ensure a smooth and efficient flow throughout the service process so our customers can get back on the road.
What we’re looking for: Top candidates will:
- Hustle: We are looking for self-motivated go-getters with a strong work ethic and solid work history
- Have experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Lane Manager/Assistant Manager: Previous experience is not required, but is strongly preferred
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills: Must be friendly and have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction with diverse clientele
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Must be organized, level-headed, flexible, and able to effectively prioritize time-sensitive responsibilities
- Be computer savvy and able to easily learn our in-house computer programs, applications, and processes
- Be team-players with a positive attitude, strong personal and professional integrity, and the desire for a long-term career with our ever-growing company
What you need to know: Regular hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm; however, candidates must also be able to work 1-2 late shifts (until 7pm) per week and ½-day every other Saturday. This position offers a base salary plus commission with first year earnings averaging over $60,000. Earning potential is unlimited with no caps on commission – as your client base grows, so does your income.
