Seeking a skilled and experienced Production Worker to carry out various task. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment and finishing products.
Production Worker Responsibilities:
· Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
· Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
· Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
· Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
· Report any machinery issues to management
· Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
· Follow all written and verbal instructions
· Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma/GED required
· 2 years' experience working in a production, warehouse, or construction preferred
· Strong work ethic and organizational skills
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
· Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
· Reliable mode of transportation

Shift: Day, Swing, or Graveyard as Needed
Pay: Negotiable
Location: Grants Pass or Medford
$14-$18/hour
