The Production Operations Lead is responsible for driving daily production needs, including scheduling, training direct labor associates, troubleshooting issues, and measuring work performance. This role plays a critical part in meeting daily production goals and targets.
This position is part of the Hardware Manufacturing Team located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. As a key member of the DxI 800 Assembly Line, you'll report to the Production Supervisor.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Execute the daily production plan to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Ensure successful shift performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback on associate performance.
- Support the Supervisor and employees, provide vacation coverage, and maintain attendance records.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- A high school degree or equivalent, with 7 years of experience.
- Training to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to FDA regulations.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvements.
Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
We value previous experience in FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory environments.
This role offers an hourly salary range of $25-28 and comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Bonus/incentive pay may also be available.
