We are seeking a talented Senior Engineer Leader to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for leading our Reagent Operations Process Engineering team in Chaska, MN.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and experience in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
As a Senior Engineer Leader, you will oversee multiple filling lines and lead continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance, including TPM program, maximizing output, and reducing downtime. You will also be responsible for leading new equipment introduction and recommending improvements designed to optimize our manufacturing processes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations; lead risk mitigation, validation and design change processes in a regulated environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
