As a Process Engineering Manager, you will oversee the selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. You will also work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations; lead risk mitigation, validation, and design change processes in a regulated environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomechanical Engineering) and 9 years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Must understand process controls on highly automated equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to run site daily management meetings and set daily priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive performance coaching to individual contributors and supervisors.
