As a member of our Hardware Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for independently executing work regarding alignment, calibration, and performance testing of reagent instruments with varied complexity. This role is part of the UA Test Team and reports to the Production Supervisor responsible for following established operation procedures.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Apply advanced analytical skills or problem solving to perform daily tasks, troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary.
- Identify, recommend, and implement quality improvements. Learn and participate in the company's lean manufacturing principles.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- AA Degree and 1 year of experience.
- Ability to read, follow, and train to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work order information, and other written and verbal specifications (in English) in the manufacturing process with emphasis on quality, and train new team members as needed.
