">About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Scientist I to join our Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay (CCIA) organization located in Chaska, MN.
The successful candidate will work with our team to design, perform, and analyze experimental data for in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products.
You'll be responsible for performing laboratory experiments and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to draw meaningful conclusions is also key to this role.

Requirements
">A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biological Sciences or related discipline is required.
0-2 years of laboratory experience is necessary, along with knowledge of good laboratory practices and scientific methods.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.
Prior experience with MS Office and statistical methods would be beneficial but not required.
