The Material Handler for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for delivering on the DBS commitments with regards to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. Therefore, helping us reach our full potential with delivery to our customers.
This position is part of the Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Dept. located onsite in Chaska, MN. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is, “Advancing healthcare for every person”.
You will be a part of the Receiving and Internal Distribution Team and report to the Advanced Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution responsible for receiving and distributing parts to the customers both internal and external. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Pick, Receive, distribute, and put away parts in correct pre-determined locations
- Perform daily 5S tasks to ensure lab safety and audit readiness
- Perform basic problem solving to help resolve issues
- Proactively Find and resolve safety issues
- Work with a diverse team to achieve daily schedules
- Complete compliance and safety training to schedules
- Assist with Kaizen/ Continuous Improvement Projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school degree (or equivalent degree) or 0-2 years' experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs infrequently
- Reach truck operation experience (Standing Forklift and scissor lifts)

Computer skills (With following Programs)
- ORACLE – Regularly throughout day
- Microsoft Word -As needed
- Microsoft Excel – As needed
- Microsoft Outlook – Regularly
- Ability to use Scanner Guns
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 34,900.00 - 57,500.00 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
