We are currently seeking a junior data analyst who will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, turn business problems into analytical projects and create a solution plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining ETL processes, data platforms and applications internally created, as well as leveraging automation tools and developing scripts to monitor KPIs.
- Proactively anticipating project needs, identify root causes, and use out-of-the-box thinking to problem solve.
- Build followership through data good practices and design. Build trust through accuracy and security.
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand technical choices and the steps of the data analysis process.
- Working in an agile environment of both core long-term projects and bursts of small independent tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of proven experience, preferably in a life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization
- Strong experience with data management and visualization tools, such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI), Tableau, DOMO.
- Proven creative and critical thinking aptitude and ability to build sales, financial, or compensation models/scenarios.
- Experience in handling very large sets of data.
- Fluent in English.

- Oracle, OBIEE, SFDC or other CRM/ERP systems.
