The Senior Global Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting field personal needing assistance, owning escalated customer issues and driving improvements to product through engineering sustainment efforts.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Technical Support and is part of the Global Technical Support Team located in Loveland, CO and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,000-$110,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Senior Global Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting field personal needing assistance, owning escalated customer issues and driving improvements to product through engineering sustainment efforts.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Technical Support and is part of the Global Technical Support Team located in Loveland, CO and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Answer service support hotline calls on first attempt 90% of time
- Lead customer escalations with an expected closure rate within 21 calendar days
- Acquire expert level knowledge of existing systems from hardware perspective and develop applications knowledge to aid in problem diagnosis
- Drive resolution of field reported problems through analysis and root cause investigations to implement and sustain effective countermeasures.
- Perform in house repair procedures and safely maintain lab and storage spaces.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Post graduate is a plus
- 5 years’ relevant experience in a biotechnology or medical device organization
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
- This position requires up to 10% travel. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
- Cell counters, bioreactors and particle size analyzers
- Customer support, field applications or field service engineering
