We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite applications to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary.
- Provide support in managing patient records if applicable, particularly in a dental office setting.
- Assist with time management by prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
