What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare job carts for upcoming jobs.
- Organization of parts on job carts according to work orders.
- Pick inventory parts for orders.
- Delivery of carts and work orders to production and service.
- Store and organize all inventory.
- Assist in performing monthly and yearly cycle counts.
- Maintain open lines of communication with production team to ensure HOT parts are getting prioritized.
- Partner with production team on return of parts back to stock.
- Maintains, creates & updates work instructions.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers.
- Prior knowledge/ certification on forklift operations preferred.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of an ERP system
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operational functions
- Knowledge of and ability to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of computers and applicable software programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Subject to indoor and/or outdoor environmental conditions.
- Exceptional attention to detail required.

Work Environment
This position operates in a production environment. The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of conditions within the plant. The noise level is usually moderate. Will be exposed to manufacturing conditions including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
