Brief Description of Overall Job : Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Proficiency in operating farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repairs. Previous experience in farm operations, livestock handling and / or mechanical work. Feed, water, and care for livestock, ensuring their health and well-being. Handle cattle during sorting, moving, and loading activities safely and efficiently. Monitor and maintain grazing areas, fencing, and water systems. Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform carpentry work such as building and repairing barns, fences, and other farm structures. Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of farm facilities and equipment. Plan and oversee farm projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Supervise and train farm workers, providing clear instructions and feedback. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays Brief Description of Dozer Operator Job Duties : Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as clearing land, pushing soil, and grading surfaces according to job specifications Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the bulldozer to ensure optimal performance. Conduct pre-operation checks and report any equipment issues. Work collaboratively with others on the job site. Familiarity with GPS and other grade control systems. Maintain a safe job site. Preferred qualifications for higher end of pay range : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
