Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain with docking procedures, including proper communication, line management, fender placement, power connections, and dock water systems
- Maintain the yacht’s exterior by washing, polishing, cleaning teak, detailing compartments, cleaning windows and curtains, maintaining the helm area, and preparing grills, coolers, and refrigerators
- Perform weekly maintenance of HVAC systems, including cleaning and scrubbing components
- Oversee engine room cleaning, inspections, painting, and managing operational components, as well as filling the freshwater tank and placing cushions and covers
- Clean and stock refrigerators and icemakers
- Procure provisions for weekend and day trips
- Prepare meals requiring grilling during onboard operations
- Operate and maintain a 25' tender, ensuring its immaculate condition and safe navigation while accompanying the yacht to weekend destinations
- Be familiar with local fishing spots, bait, and tackler required for South Florida fishing trips
- Onboard accommodations provided from Friday to Sunday evening
- Safety is high priority, as a young child is aboard
- No smoking, drug use, or illegal activities permitted onboard
