We're expanding our suite of digital offerings—including interactive programs, courses, self-development tools, and email-based learning experiences—and we need an exceptional Lifecycle Marketing Lead to bring our vision to life.
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to develop and optimize digital marketing strategies, customer journeys, and audience engagement across multiple touchpoints.
You will be responsible for:
🔹 Growing & retaining our audience across email, digital products, and live events
🔹 Creating & executing full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies
🔹 Driving engagement & conversions with data-driven marketing decisions
🔹 Developing email-based courses to bring more people into the Becoming You universe
🔹 Optimizing & scaling email workflows, and cross-channel marketing
TL;DR: You’ll be the architect of our audience's journey—ensuring they discover, engage, and stay invested in Becoming You’s mission.
- Own and optimize all email marketing touchpoints, from welcome sequences to re-engagement campaigns.
- Develop behavioral email workflows using Mailchimp, SendGrid, and Google Analytics to increase engagement and retention.
- Build email-based courses that introduce people to Suzy Welch’s thought leadership and Becoming You’s offerings.
- Craft personalized, segmented email journeys that nurture leads, encourage conversions, and deepen engagement.
- Optimize email open rates, CTRs, and conversions through testing and strategic messaging.
🔹 Goal: Expand and engage our email audience, turning subscribers into lifelong Becoming You advocates.
- Run A/B tests on email content to improve performance.
- Identify new channels and tactics to expand audience reach and increase email conversions.
- Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to refine marketing strategies.
🔹 Goal: Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing ROI.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales for in-person events and workshops.
- Implement strategic audience targeting to expand attendance and engagement.
- Optimize event email marketing funnels for increased conversions.
🔹 Goal: Sell out our IRL experiences and create highly engaged attendees.
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Develop re-engagement campaigns for inactive users with targeted nudges (e.g., "Need help with the next step?").
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights to optimize user experience.
- Implement upsell & cross-sell email sequences to drive additional product engagement (e.g., workbooks, coaching, premium tools).
🔹 Goal: Grow and retain users by making their journey with Becoming You seamless, engaging, and valuable.
🔹 4 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM strategy.
🔹 Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar).
🔹 Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
🔹 A deep understanding of customer journeys & behavior-driven marketing.
🔹 Excellent copywriting and design skills—you know how to craft compelling emails and ad copy.
🔹 A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 Passion for personal development, coaching, and guiding people toward fulfilling careers and lives.
