We're expanding our suite of digital offerings—including interactive programs, courses, self-development tools, and email-based learning experiences—and we need an exceptional UX Writer / Digital Content Writer & Strategist to bring our vision to life.
We are looking for a brilliant, strategic, and deeply empathetic writer who understands how content shapes user experiences, builds trust, and drives action. You’ll be at the intersection of UX writing, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused content, ensuring our digital products not only engage but retain users.
This is a high-impact role: your words will guide users seamlessly through their Becoming You journey—from discovery to long-term engagement. 🔹 Write and refine UX copy across digital products, ensuring clarity, engagement, and ease of use.
🔹 Develop compelling, high-retention content for product interfaces, interactive courses, workbooks, email-based learning, and digital experiences.
🔹 Shape and maintain a distinct, lively brand voice that resonates deeply with Suzy Welch’s audience.
🔹 Optimize for conversion & retention: Craft persuasive, high-retention copy that enhances engagement and ensures users complete their journey with us.
🔹 Leverage warmth & emotional resonance: Create messaging that feels personal, inspiring, and action-driven.
🔹 Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
🔹 Test, iterate, and optimize copy based on engagement data, A/B testing, and audience insights.
🔹 Ensure readability, accessibility, and SEO optimization to enhance content discoverability and effectiveness.
🔹 Develop high-impact email sequences that nurture users through their journey—whether it’s welcoming them, re-engaging them, or guiding them toward the next step in their transformation.
✅ 5 years of experience in UX writing, digital content strategy, or conversion copywriting for B2C digital products.
✅ A strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and digital content work that is engaging, strategic, and results-driven.
✅ Deep understanding of brand voice development and how content drives action.
✅ Experience writing for self-development, learning, coaching, or personal transformation platforms is a major plus.
✅ B2C experience—especially in crafting copy that speaks directly to individuals in an emotional, engaging, and trust-building way.
✅ Mastery of persuasive, conversion-focused writing—understanding how to move users from passive readers to engaged participants.
✅ SEO knowledge & content optimization skills to enhance organic discoverability.
