We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer who will be responsible for setting up and maintaining electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on production equipment. This role works closely with the Engineering Group to monitor and enhance processes for output and waste reduction. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and ownership in addressing process performance issues.
The selected candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with electronic, electrical, or similar functions. Proficiency in automation controls software and knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic principles are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Beyond technical expertise, we seek individuals who can work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
