We are looking for a dedicated Production Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team at Becton Dickinson. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ownership in addressing process performance issues. Additionally, you will ensure all safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements (QSR) are maintained. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with electronic, electrical, or similar functions. A strong understanding of automation controls software and basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic principles are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for success in this role.
Beyond technical expertise, we seek individuals who can work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
