Keeco is a leading manufacturer in the textiles, pillows, and bedding industry, dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:
The Vice President of Sales will drive growth, innovation, and exceptional customer service in the textiles, pillows, and bedding manufacturing industry. This results-driven leader will develop and execute sales strategies, build new business through market analysis and prospecting, and leverage relationships to achieve profitable margins. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader who will work closely with internal teams, key clients, and industry partners to ensure continued growth, profitability, and market leadership. The VP of Sales will be integral in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The individual will be highly involved in the entire sales process, from strategy development to execution to client relationship management. While this role will not manage direct reports, the VP of Sales will play a key leadership role in driving the company’s sales initiatives and business growth.

This position demands a strategic thinker and leader with a proven ability to grow revenue, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align sales goals with product innovation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives to drive loyalty and market share.
  • Manage sales processes using CRM tools, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Present strategic plans and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10 years of sales leadership experience in the textiles, bedding, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing relationships with large national accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while collaborating across departments.
