Job Description
Client Service Associate plays a critical role in the firm supporting a Lead Advisor.
This position requires one to consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. The office culture is focused on improving our clients’ lives.

Work Responsibilities:
- Work with Lead Advisor on all daily tasks
- Manage calendar of Advisor to ensure that all clients have appropriate touch points based on service model
- Client meeting preparation
- Meeting notes and follow-up actions items
- Grow investment and financial planning knowledge
- Ensure all client interaction is properly documented
- Assist with compliance organization and administration
- Marketing support for client events
- Be a team player
- Other general office activities including phones, paperwork gathering and processing
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent attitude and desire to learn

- Ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills

Helpful

· Knowledge of financial markets and investment securities
· License preferred, but not required: Series 65
This is an entry-level role. Compensation based on experience with a range of $60,000 to $68,000.
