**Bedford has a one position open for a bookkeeper and administrative professional and would like qualified candidates in these areas to assist our customers with bookkeeping and administration. The duties below may be handled by one or multiple positions depending upon your preference and level of experience**
This position provides contract administration services to customers of Bedford Asset Management. Duties include sourcing and ordering materials, sending requests for proposal, organizing bids and pricing, managing vendors and subcontractors, creating and updating schedules, collecting and recording invoices from vendors and subcontractors, recording expenses and accurately allocating approved expenses to each project or company within customer's accounting system, maintaining proper records and current standing of all insurance policies, titles, utilities, subscriptions, licensing, permits, and tagging in support of customer's property, maintaining all bank and employment records and properly allocating transactions in accounting system, and coordinating office maintenance and mail collection and distribution.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
