Concierge - Longevity Garden

Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Longevity Gardens Concierge to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Longevity Gardens Concierge Responsibilities

Act as a resident advocate for LG facilities

Regularly check in with LG residents

Attend events as required and perform some marketing functions to help build LG Census

Manage difficult and emotional customer situations, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Ensure that resident’s privacy and rights are maintained during the activities of daily living and participate in resident care plans

Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor

Longevity Gardens Concierge Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent

Previous professional experience

COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

Previous experience in a long-term care environment

Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements and procedures

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
