What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Analyst position at Bedford County Government?
Bedford County is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time Help Desk Analyst. The Help Desk Analyst's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users/employees of Bedford County can accomplish essential business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving user help requests issued through the IT Department's ticket system. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tools, as well as require that the employee give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This position reports to the Bedford County IT Director.
