Bedford Heights Daycare Center is looking for a dedicated and reliable CACFP Food Manager & Center Opener to join our team! This role requires someone who understands the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), can efficiently use CACFP software for compliance and reporting, and is responsible for opening the center daily at 6 AM to ensure a smooth start to the day.
Position Details:- Hours: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Supervision: Manage two other employees in the food program
- Manage and oversee CACFP meal planning, preparation, and documentation
- Use CACFP software to track meals and submit reports
- Ensure food safety and compliance with CACFP guidelines
- Open the center daily, ensuring it is ready for staff and children
- Supervise and coordinate the work of two team members in the food program
- Assist with morning operations and support center needs as required
- Experience with CACFP and meal program management
- Strong organizational and software skills for CACFP reporting
- Reliable and punctual to open the center daily at 6 AM
- Ability to lead a small team and work independently
