We are looking for a Passionate, Fun, & Motivated EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER - FLOAT.
The EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER - FLOAT position is an entry-level position here at Bedford Learning Programs.This position provides an opportunity for people from other fields of expertise, recent graduates, and others to break into the field of Education.
Bedford Learning Programs has locations in Corvallis, Albany, and Keizer. Our small infant toddler classes of 3-6 children and our preschool classrooms of 8, focus on a play based teaching philosophy, utilizing Conscious Discipline and a Social-Emotional approach to curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with lesson plans and daily activities.
- Provide coverage when lead teachers are out.
- Supervise and engage with children in the classroom.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Assist with meal times, including feeding and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Support classroom management and child behaviors.
