Hybrid work
Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Trkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, Mexico City and Melbourne.
This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office at the nearest hub.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to join our Learner Experience team. In this strategic and high-impact role, you will lead the creation of innovative, engaging, and delightful discovery experiences that empower millions of learners to achieve their learning goals. You will own key aspects of the user journey, shaping how users browse, discover, and interact with content.

Here's what you'll be doing
- Define and drive the product strategy, development, and execution for discovery experiences, beginning with transforming our mobile apps and expanding to other platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, to craft experiences that inspire and empower learners on their journey.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, integrating strategies and tactics that align with the organization's overarching goals and aspirations.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to deeply understand learner needs and market opportunities, championing engaging, effective, and accessible experiences.
- Leverage behavioral insights, learner feedback, and data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives, measure feature success, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Lead execution through all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and optimization.
- Build trust and alignment within the organization, uniting teams around a shared vision to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
