Role Summary
An Office Administrator performs various types of administrative functions in an organization. Their duties include designing office workflows, supporting other Office Managers and department heads, and serving as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors, and visitors
Responsibilities
- Follow and manage internal projects
- Maintain company and categorized information
- Planning company events
- Working with our customer experience team
- Tracking of office inventory
- Assisting in the marketing department
- Manage onboarding procedures
- Auditing the company software
Hours
The Office Administrator position is a full-time salaried position. Our business operating hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8 am—5 pm. However, during our peak season (August through September), we provide some morning, evening, and weekend responsibilities that will involve working hours outside of typical business hours.
Reporting
This position reports to the Director of Operations
Compensation
This position is a full-time position that will include a salary based on experience. This position will receive full benefits including group medical insurance and a simple IRA option.
