What You’ll Do
- Own and manage accounting operations: billing, payroll, inventory accounting, and more.
- Deliver financial statements (quarterly & annual) that shine with accuracy and compliance.
- Drive and optimize budgets and forecasts like a pro, ensuring top-notch execution.
- Lead financial reporting and maintain best-in-class internal controls.
- Analyze the big picture with financial insights that shape company strategy.
- Stay ahead of tax compliance and audits, partnering with top-tier professionals.
- Mentor and inspire your accounting team, fostering growth and innovation.
Who You Are
- A financial superstar with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (bonus points if you’re CPA or CMA certified).
- Armed with 5–10 years of experience, you know how to lead and fine-tune accounting operations.
- Tech-savvy with tools like NetSuite and Microsoft Office, and you thrive on implementing smart systems.
- Obsessed with the details, you’ve mastered GAAP, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- A natural communicator with the ability to simplify the complex and collaborate at all levels.
