Responsibilities:
As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing healthcare services directly in patients' residences. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing light housekeeping
Preparing meals and snacks
Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments and activities
Utilizing safety equipment to minimize injury risks
Reminding clients to take their medications
Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
Monitoring vital signs and reporting on client conditions
Maintaining accurate client care records and documenting services provided
Supporting clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises as per care plans
Educating clients and families on diet and exercise
Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support
Collaborating with other associates and families to meet clients' needs
Implementing care plans under the directives of a Registered Nurse
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a certified home health aide
Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Strong nursing and healthcare administration skills
Caring and compassionate personality
Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of NJ (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift Details:
Standard Shift: Day shift, evening shift, overnight shift
Flexible Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Weekends, with a minimum commitment of 16-20 hours per month, including 2 weekends per month.
