Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City

Location: Lake City, Florida

Salary: Up to $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement engaging recreation programs for residents.
• Conduct interviews with residents and families to understand recreation preferences.
• Organize and oversee group activities such as games, crafts, and social events.
• Promote physical, social, and mental well-being through tailored activities.
• Prepare and clean up recreation areas before and after events.
• Encourage resident participation to foster an inclusive environment.
• Visit residents in their rooms for companionship and assist with crafts or letters.
• Maintain and recommend recreation supplies as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, with a passion for working with seniors.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience with a geriatric or adult population preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
