Recruiting an Assistant Food Service Manager to assist and support the Food Service Director at one of our Food and Nutrition programs in the Washington, PA .
Our ideal Assistant Food Service Manager candidate will have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks.
Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills.
The Assistant Food Service Manager Key Duties :
- Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
- Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
- Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
- Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
- Performs other job-related duties.
