Business Development Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Utilize telemarketing strategies to promote our software solutions and services.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with potential customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with software products and services is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and spanish.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
