What You’ll Do
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Indigo, you’ll be a valuable member of our clinical team, providing essential support to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of important tasks, such as:
- Taking vital signs: Measure and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation rate.
- Patient communication: Talk with patients about their symptoms and relay this information to the supervising nurse or physician to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Charting observations: Document patient observations in their medical record, contributing to their ongoing care plan and treatment.
- Assisting with mobility: Help turn, lift, or reposition patients, including those with temporary or permanent mobility issues, ensuring their safety and comfort.
When You’ll Do It
This is a Monday through Friday position. 7 am to 3 pm.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state where you are working.
- Basic patient care competency skills to provide high-quality care to residents.
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation (preferred), ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping of patient care.
