Key Responsibilities
- Loader Operation: Safely operate the loader, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions in and out of the equipment.
- Assistance: Provide support to the yard attendant by handling and organizing bulk materials.
- Measurement & Loading: Accurately measure and load bulk materials according to established guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Rigorously follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your coworkers, and client property.
- Adaptability: Quickly learn new processes during on-the-job training and adapt to the dynamic work environment.
- Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and safety practices.
- General Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and report any issues promptly.
- Experience: Previous experience with loader operations or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of safely getting in and out of the loader, carrying 50 pounds and handling manual tasks.
