Job Opportunity : RN / LPN Unit Manager
Facility : Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Suwannee
Location : Suwannee, Florida
Pay Rate :
RN : $36 / hour
LPN : $32 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with the leadership team to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Efficiently manage nursing coverage to ensure round-the-clock care, optimizing resources and minimizing overtime.
Implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions in alignment with facility policies.
Lead by example in delivering compassionate and skillful resident care while facilitating staff development through training and mentorship.
Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous improvement in resident care services.
Actively engage in staff recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a team of top-tier talent.
Qualifications :
Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
