Position : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Facility : Bedrock Rehabilitation & Nursing Orlando South
Location : Orlando, Florida
Salary : $17.50-$21.00 plus shift differentials
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
- Support safe resident transfers , including lifting, positioning, and mobility assistance using proper techniques.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental status to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment , including changing linens, ensuring personal spaces are tidy, and promoting hygiene.
- Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Assist during recreational activities to encourage engagement, social interaction, and physical activity.
- Monitor and assist with dietary needs , ensuring residents are hydrated and have their nutritional needs met.
- Accurately document care activities , including daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
